Sørlandsis Bjørnebær & Eggelikør alkohol?
Hi, Sørlandsis Bjørnebær & Eggelikør contains alcohol. Children consume ice cream aswell so they shouldn't have alcohol. It's important for me to know if the alcohol changes it's state in the process of making this ice cream or it's in its original form meaning there is no chemical or physical change to the alcohol to breakdown its chemical composition.

Alcohol in aromas is of trace amounts. Most of it evaporates during production. Our ice cream therefore does not directly contain alcohol.
